Writing on a Bored SundayA Crack at an Emo-Writing
As I look to the small digital clock on the bottom right corner of my computer I realize an entire Sunday is virtually gone. I have done nothing of importance, nor have I accomplished a single noteworthy goal. As I realize this, I have begun to ponder my past week of life. I go over each day in my mind, and have come to the conclusion that I have honestly not achieved a single thing. Where is the point in these last one-hundred and sixty-eight hours? Tennis VignetteMatch Point
Two and a half hours of intense athletic competition have passed by. My body feels as if it has been running for ten miles. I have been pushed to the limits on this twenty seven by thirty nine foot square court. The air feels stale to breathe. It is not stale because of its purity, but due to the sheer exhaustion of my lungs. Two and a half hours all come down to this moment. It is match point in this hard-fought tennis match. Hello fellow writers and artists,
I'm Tyler, or BittersweetTwilight as my account name goes. I take it that talk about oneself is what these journal sections are for, so I guess that is what I'll do here. I'm new to deviant art, so I have yet to pen any new vignettes and the like, though I soon will. I'm an 18 year-old student at Saint Vincent College, and I have a brown roommate who enjoys telling me that I'm orange. Some may call me a jackass, and I guess I can be on occasion, though it is only typically if you're annoying me. I pretty much enjoy relaxing while drinking a coffee, and the like so if you have a penchant for just having a relaxed conversation send me a message or something I guess. I'm not going to go into physical details or anything, since this site isn't exactly a personal add or anything.
